Pile turner

  • The pile-turning machine is a machine created to overturn stacks of corrugated or stretched cardboard upside down. The structure of the rotating part of the pile with circular shaped U-shaped profiles, with electro-welded U-shaped steel profiles of great thickness.
  • Inlet and outlet acetal belts of the stack installed on the pile turner
  • Lifting of 1 acetal conveyor by means of an electric system
  • The rotation movement is carried out by 2 large double chains with self-braking electric motor and gearmotor. The rotation is supported by 4 wheels.
  • Stack loading and unloading are carried out with acetal belts at a height of about 350 mm
  • Maximum pile height 2000 mm

Depalletizer

Debancalizer is a machine made to remove the wooden pallet from under the corrugated cardboard stack.
The system works in this way there is a system in which the stack of cardboard with the pallet is deposited by a "fork lift". Once the stack has been deposited, after a certain time, a depalletizer bar lifts and pushes the stack of cardboard onto a belt placed a little higher while the pallet remains on the transport and from here it is either removed manually or sent to another belt. .

Redoubling

Machine designed to position the pallets of corrugated cardboard already prepared and strapped one on top of the other. The machine is built in electro-welded steel sections and is summarily composed of:

  • A transport roller conveyor with motorized rollers
  • A centering device for packs with sides about 3 m high
  • A pneumatic system that lifts the stack
  • A system for lifting the stack with retractable forks
  • All managed by a Siemens PLC and relative control panel with lectern and push-button panel
  • The machine can double corrugated cardboard stacks up to 2500 mm x 2500 mm and a maximum height of the single stack of 1500 mm all inclusive
  • Maximum weight of the single piles to double 1500 Kg.
